Residential Life reserves the right to remove any resident from residences in serious cases due to security considerations, license withdrawal or situations in which current medical knowledge and/or the best available objective information show that the resident poses a real risk to the health or safety of himself or others. Log in very early! On-campus accommodations are after first come, soft first, and the sooner you sign up, the better your chances of getting any of your preferences. Do not hesitate, you have everything to gain by immediately registering for accommodation on campus. Before a resident with a disability is promptly removed from residences, the university conducts an individual assessment to determine if there are appropriate provisions that would allow the resident to continue their residency status. Any decision to remove a resident is based on the actual risk and not on mere speculation, stereotypes or generalizations about people with disabilities. If this is your intention, please complete the final questionnaire for fall 2020 until October 30 to let us know. When signing the license agreement for this academic year, it included both the fall semester and the spring semester. Once the answer is chosen, you will be redirected to the petition to break the license agreement for the accommodation and meal plan, where you will have the opportunity to provide supporting documents that a student and employee committee will verify. This is also to be completed by 30 October. An online petition in change.org had until Thursday evening more than 5,000 signatures asking aR to reimburse housing costs. . . .
