“The agreement in principle reflects the respect we place on the police, the confidence we have in the police and the recognition that they are demanding and complex jobs,” said the Minister. Members covered by the HPDOCA, EB10 and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Worker agreements will receive your 2.5% increase, with back-dating, next payment.

Certified agreements provide for negotiated terms of employment between an employer and the public sector unions concerned on behalf of workers.
